Yes, all my services are provided virtually and I work with businesses located in the US.

All you need to do is respond to my questions and provide documents when I request them.
I review your transactions multiple times a month, and if there are transactions I do not recognize, I will ask you what they were for.
I may request documents from time to time, especially at year end, to verify the balance on your books.
Otherwise, that is all you have to do - simply respond to my requests. My goal is to streamline as much as possible so I don’t have to ask for very much.

I work exclusively in Quickbooks Online, one of the most popular bookkeeping and accounting softwares.
If you do not already have a Quickbooks Online account, I will set one up for you for free (I do not charge any additional setup fees).

All businesses vary in size and complexity, even within similar industries, so I will need to review your specific situation to provide a quote.
I charge a flat monthly rate so you know exactly what your cost is every month, no surprises.
My minimum charge is $250/month, but I have clients up at $2,000/month. Most businesses fall within the $350-$550/month range.
